Hello everyone: Now that I'm focused on details, I found out that the small rubber bumpers of the fuel cap door are missing (check number 10 in the attached picture).
I don't have any idea of its size. I can found a lot of these bumpers in stores that can fit but I would like to know the exact size (diameter and lenght from base to top). Help would be great. Thank you all in advance.

Hi Stef Welcome to the OSI family. The VIN in the chassis is located in the right hand front shock absorber mount, check the picture. The engine number is located in the block surface, where the heads are mounted, also check picture - red arrow.

Hello 20mTS and anyone that needs the windscreen: According to Jean Charles Chambers from Europarts (http://windscreen.net)
“The OSI 20mts windscreen is available from us in laminated glass complying with the EEC regulations. (the original glass was made in toughened glass splitting in very tiny particules very dangerous for the eyes, no longer legal for cars).
We have chosen Triplex in the UK for having our tooling made where many others are stored and maintained for our exclusive use. This choice has been made for we place big orders for current models and they accept to process side orders for a few glasses without charging us prototype prices.
Availability : This glass is now currently available from stock and we will take care of having it available as a regular scheme.
Shipping/collection :
We are windscreen specialists for models older than 10 years so we ship glasses everyday to the French fitting networks and we are able to pack and ship glasses everywhere in the world with an insurance coverage.
Glasses can also be collected directly in our premises in Reims (France) provided customer checks availability before coming to us.
The glass is retailed at 686.00 euros before VAT (19.60% until 31/12/2013 changing for 20% by 01/01/2014)
Packing for EEC shipping is charged 29.00 euros before VAT.
Insured shipping varies according to the country."

Hi Oliver That is a really interesting question. Check the image attached: I placed the 17m/20m P5 and the OSI catalogue pictures of the traverses side by side. They look identical. The catalogues have different part numbers exception made to the ones marked 17m/20m. The same applies to the panels. But even with the manuals saying those are different parts, in my opinion, Ford of Cologne probably sent the P5 panels and traverses to Turin. The main goal of the project was using as much parts as possible of the Taunus and the tool to press the floor panel is extremely large and expensive. In the Autorama interview of 1967 Giacomo Bianco says "The chassis was and is that of the 20m TS, the well-known Taunus, with a V-engine...".
Of course this is not any kind of proof. Great topic Oliver. I am going to read some more stuff and get back to this...

Hi Marco The OSI bumper arms of the back bumper are parts 754 734 and 754 735. I checked all the P5 and P7 part numbers and pictures and they are diferent. The least I can do is to take pictures and accurate measures and publish it here. Please wait 'til the weekend. Bye Amilcar

Hello OSI friends I need to know if the door hinges were painted with the body color, bolts included. My OSI hinges had traces of the body color but I am not sure if it was originally like that. A small detail: although the manual lists the top and bottom hinges as different, they have the same part number in my car. Only left and right are different and even so, you could use it in the wrong side, just the heads of the pins would be upside down. Thank you in advance for the collaboration. Amílcar.

Hello OSI friends I don't seem to find my blinkers' relay and need to buy a new one. I am almost sure it is from Bosch. My car is the EX54GU02205, so it is a 12V. Can someone check the partnumber on the relay and let me know? Actually I don't even know where it was located as my complete electric harness was removed to replace the tape around the wires. Thank you in advance. Amilcar
